General Provisions

1.0.1 This code is prepared with a view to specify the engineering design and construction of public address system, to achieve safety and applicability, energy conservation, resource saving, environmental protection and quality assurance.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of the electro-acoustic engineering of public address system under new construction, extension and renovation.
1.0.3 The construction projects related to public address system shall meet the specified requirements of architectural acoustics.
1.0.4 In addition to the requirements stipulated in this code, those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation shall be complied with for the design, construction and acceptance of public address system.
