DSPPA | Fostering Talent Cultivation: Deepened Collaboration

Abstract: DSPPA Received China-ASEAN Cross-border E-commerce Joint Training Base Plaque by GUFE: Talent Collaboration Milestone.

Recently, DSPPA Group was honored to receive the plaque titled “China-ASEAN Cross-border E-commerce Joint Training Base” from Guangxi University of Finance and Economics during a corporate visit and internship exploration discussion.

This recognition marks a significant milestone in the collaboration between DSPPA Group and the university, as we jointly cultivate high-quality talent with a focus on cross-border e-commerce.

Shared Vision: GUFE-DSPPA Cooperation

On May 11, DSPPA proudly welcomed a delegation from the Guangxi University of Finance and Economics for a corporate visit and internship exploration discussion with the theme of “Deepening University-Enterprise Cooperation, Planning a New Chapter of Development”.

The purpose of this meeting was to promote closer cooperation between the university and DSPPA, explore talent cultivation, internships, employment and other issues in the new era, and achieve common development for both sides.

Keynote Address

At the discussion, Mr. Luo Rixin, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Guangxi University of Finance and Economics delivered a speech, introducing the university and its graduates in detail and expressing expectations for future cooperation.

He highly praised DSPPA for its emphasis on company construction and cultural promotion, hoping to strengthen communication and cooperation to cultivate more socially-minded talents.

Based on this, William Wong, the General Manager of the DSPPA global center, introduced the enterprise’s history, business areas, development plans, etc.

Additionally, William Wong also expressed DSPPA’s expectations and visions for collaboration with the university in his speech.

Awarding Ceremony

The discussion’s key moment saw the awarding of a plaque for the China-ASEAN Cross-border E-commerce Joint Training Base to DSPPA, signifying a new phase of collaboration.

Our outstanding employees, who are also alumni of the university, shared their journey at DSPPA, expressing gratitude for the university’s education and appreciation for the opportunities and platform provided by DSPPA.

In the subsequent exchange session, the representatives from both sides engaged in a lively discussion on talent cultivation, internships, and employment in the new era.

The successful conclusion of this discussion laid a solid foundation for both parties to deepen their university-enterprise cooperation and advance together, jointly creating a new chapter for university-enterprise collaboration.
