The 9th ASEM Summit (Asia-Europe Meeting)'s opening ceremony was held in Vientiane, the capital of Laos on November 5, 2012. More than 50 countries' Presidents in Asia and Europe attended this Summit to discuss the two continents' peace and development under the new situation. DSPPA Conference System was successfully adopted in the International Conference Center of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN, Laos).
The International Conference Center of ASEAN (Laos) consists of a 500-persons central hall, an officials meeting room, a VIP room, a multi-functional hall and a Press Room. This Center adopts DSPPA Conference System equipments which include 5 sets of DSPPA Digital Conference System, Simultaneous Interpretation Conference System, Central Control System, nearly 500 President and Delegate Speech Units, Infrared Transmission Host, Infrared Radiation Panel and more than 1000 Infrared Receive Units.
