As such, building an efficient, intelligent, and secure network broadcasting system has become increasingly important.
This solution aims to provide supermarkets with a comprehensive network broadcasting solution that not only meets daily broadcasting, promotions, and background music needs but also offers flexible remote control and emergency broadcasting capabilities.

4. DSP9000 System Overview
The DSP9000 network public address and intercom system is an integrated audio and video communication system that combines computer networks, PSTN telecommunication networks, and mobile communication networks. The devices within the system can interconnect with equipment from PSTN and mobile communication networks through LAN or WAN. Leveraging the advantages of network convergence, it offers convenient voice, video intercom, and broadcasting functions at a lower cost.

7. Product Description - DSP9101/DSP9312
● The DSP9101 intelligent broadcast paging station is placed at the supermarket service desk, allowing the management staff to broadcast important notices (such as emergency evacuations, event arrangements, and facility maintenance.) to customers. It can also play light music in public areas of the supermarket to create a comfortable atmosphere.
● The DSP9312 intercom broadcast paging station is installed in the supermarket’s control room. In the event of an emergency, the management staff can use the DSP9312 to broadcast notifications to all areas, while also coordinating emergency response efforts with other departments.
● The integration of DSP9101 and DSP9312 in the supermarket significantly enhances operational efficiency, service quality, and safety. It facilitates better communication and service to customers, ensuring effective management and an exceptional shopping experience.

● The DSP9342 is a fully digital network intercom device that incorporates a mature VOIP solution in its core, ensuring stable and reliable performance. It features hands-free operation with digital full-duplex technology, providing loud and clear audio. It offers a comfortable button feel with easy installation, a sleek and durable design, and low power consumption.
● The DSP9342 video intercom panel features intercom, broadcasting, and emergency paging functions, and can be installed in various locations within the supermarket, such as entrances, different floors, and key areas. If customers have any questions or needs, they can use the video intercom system to communicate with staff at the service desk in real time. The staff can not only hear the customer’s inquiry but also view the customer’s location or the specific issue through video, allowing for accurate and timely assistance.
