● Support 7*24 hours of fully automatic timing background music and personalized programs for shopping malls or hotels.

● Can collect and play external audio sources such as computer audio sources for real-time broadcast of travel information, commodity information, weather forecasts, news information, etc.

● Support the management staff in the front desk to initiate real-time paging and release information such as lost and found.

● Support fire linkage alarm and one-key alarm functions to quickly respond to the sudden security emergency in the shopping malls or hotels, while paging with microphones for emergency evacuation of the crowd.

The DSP9000 network public address and intercom system is an integrated audio and video communication system that combines computer networks, PSTN telecommunication networks, and mobile communication networks. The devices within the system can interconnect with equipment from PSTN and mobile communication networks through LAN or WAN. Leveraging the advantages of network convergence, it offers convenient voice, video intercom, and broadcasting functions at a lower cost.

7. Product Description - DSP9101/DSP9312

● The DSP9101 intelligent broadcast paging station is placed at the supermarket service desk, allowing the management staff to broadcast important notices (such as emergency evacuations, event arrangements, and facility maintenance.) to customers. It can also play light music in public areas of the supermarket to create a comfortable atmosphere.

● The DSP9312 intercom broadcast paging station is installed in the supermarket’s control room. In the event of an emergency, the management staff can use the DSP9312 to broadcast notifications to all areas, while also coordinating emergency response efforts with other departments.

● The integration of DSP9101 and DSP9312 in the supermarket significantly enhances operational efficiency, service quality, and safety. It facilitates better communication and service to customers, ensuring effective management and an exceptional shopping experience.

8. Product Description - DSP9342

● The DSP9342 is a fully digital network intercom device that incorporates a mature VOIP solution in its core, ensuring stable and reliable performance. It features hands-free operation with digital full-duplex technology, providing loud and clear audio. It offers a comfortable button feel with easy installation, a sleek and durable design, and low power consumption.

● The DSP9342 video intercom panel features intercom, broadcasting, and emergency paging functions, and can be installed in various locations within the supermarket, such as entrances, different floors, and key areas. If customers have any questions or needs, they can use the video intercom system to communicate with staff at the service desk in real time. The staff can not only hear the customer’s inquiry but also view the customer’s location or the specific issue through video, allowing for accurate and timely assistance.

● The device offers two installation options: wall-mounted or embedded installation, and it meets the IP65 protection rating.

● The DSP255II features a 3" gray polypropylene drum paper full-frequency cone-type bass unit and a 2" treble unit, offering a wide frequency response with clear bass and bright treble.

● It can be installed at supermarket entrances or outdoor areas, which are typically high-traffic zones, providing clear and distinct broadcast content to ensure effective sound transmission.

● With its waterproof design, the DSP255II is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

● It can seamlessly integrate with SIP (VoIP), allowing users to easily connect it with devices from other brands, such as IP PBX systems, as well as security and video surveillance systems.

● The surveillance system provides real-time video monitoring, helping to monitor activities in the supermarket’s outdoor areas. In the event of unusual activities (such as theft, fights, or vandalism), the POE170VF horn speaker can be triggered to emit a warning sound, serving as a deterrent to reduce criminal behavior.
