Abstract:  DSPPA D7600 Paperless Conference System has been applied to Changsha Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.



As a government body, Changsha Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is in need of an efficient conference system.



In response to eco-friendly policies, the bureau adopted DSPPA D7600 Paperless Conference System to improve its government services.



The system is composed of 1 D7600 server, 20 sets of D7615P lifting terminals, 1 chairman unit and 19 delegate units, etc., achieving such functions as conference sign-in, voting, co-screen interaction, call service, conference projection, electronic whiteboard, etc., to meet the tiered needs of the participants.



Paperless conference system, based on modern technology, has the advantages of higher efficiency, less resources and lower cost, aligning with the concept of "energy saving and environmental protection".
